Riyadh, February 5, 2026, SPA — Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission Dr. Khalid Al-Sabti received <a href="https://saudi-journal.com/esports-world-cup-foundation-launches-international-qualification-program-for-2026-cup/”>World Bank Vice President for the People Vice Presidency Mamta Murthi, who oversees the Human Capital Project (HCP), at the commission’s headquarters in Riyadh.
During the meeting, Murthi reviewed the Saudi model for quality assurance and control in education and training. The World Bank Group has taken interest in the model as an advanced institutional experience aligned with global standards. She also learned about the commission’s role and its integrated system for measurement, evaluation and accreditation within an advanced governance framework.
Murthi also visited the Education and Training Status Room. She reviewed its analyses, dashboards and integrated indicators and how the education and training system uses them to support decisions and strengthen policies. The platform also enables comprehensive monitoring of learning outcomes across locations and over time.

She said the Saudi model operates to global standards, making it an international reference for education systems and human capital development. She praised the model’s integration of measurement, evaluation and accreditation within an advanced governance framework that reflects a high level of institutional maturity.
