Riyadh, December 23, 2025, SPA — The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia welcomes the agreement signed today in Muscat to exchange prisoners and detainees in Yemen, which is an important humanitarian step that contributes to alleviating human suffering and enhancing confidence-building opportunities. The Kingdom commends the sincere efforts and generous initiatives exerted by the Sultanate of Oman in hosting and sponsoring the talks, as well as its support for the negotiating efforts conducted from 9 to 23 December 2025.
