Riyadh, November 18, 2025, SPA — As part of the memorandum of understanding signed between the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in the Kingdom and the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, represented by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), 55 TVTC staff members and leaders are participating in a workshop in Riyadh from November 18 to 27.
The event reinforces the Saudi-Chinese partnership and advances the Kingdom’s training system and national competency development, in support of Vision 2030.The workshop covers key themes, including China’s national situation, economic and trade cooperation with Arab countries, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new industrial opportunities, AI and digital technology applications, and smart city development.
