The RGA explained that the compliance measurement process consists of four stages, beginning with road owners completing questionnaires and submitting them to the authority, followed by selecting project samples to assess their adherence to the Saudi Road Code requirements.
This methodology supports road-owning entities, improves project quality, and enhances asset sustainability. It also contributes to achieving the road sector’s main goals: safety, quality, and traffic capacity, by developing efficient infrastructure that supports economic growth and improves road users’ quality of life.
