Jizan, November 18, 2025, SPA — Under the patronage of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail, the Jazan Municipality signed an investment contract with Alawaly Real Estate at the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition in Riyadh.
The contract involves the establishment of a water city in Jazan covering 113,000 square meters, with an investment value of SAR200 million. This initiative aims to enhance tourism and investment in the region, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 to develop infrastructure and increase investment opportunities across various sectors.
Located on the Jazan waterfront, the project is one of the largest entertainment developments in the Kingdom. It will include a marine entertainment destination featuring water attractions, a marine museum, and supporting services to enhance the recreational experience, providing visitors with high-quality options and a unique tourist experience that reflects innovation and a commitment to quality of life.
