Barcelona, March 03, 2026, SPA — The Global AI Summit (GAIN), in its fourth edition, showcased its ambitious strategy during its participation in MWC Barcelona 2026, one of the world’s largest and most prominent advanced technology conferences, which commenced today in Barcelona and will run until March 5, ahead of the summit’s convening in Riyadh from September 15 to 17
Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the summit is organized by SDAIA in partnership with HUMAIN.
GAIN’s participation featured a dedicated pavilion within the exhibition accompanying the conference, through which it presented its forward-looking vision for shaping the future of data and artificial intelligence before tens of thousands of international attendees. The summit highlighted its efforts to strengthen frameworks for international cooperation and build strategic partnerships that support innovation and accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies, while underscoring the Kingdom’s leading role in developing data and AI-enabling policies and promoting their responsible global use.
GAIN’s participation represents a strategic step to reinforce the Kingdom’s presence at major global platforms focused on advanced digital technologies. The conference annually brings together tens of thousands of technology leaders, decision-makers, investors, and experts from around the world. It also highlights the Kingdom’s capabilities in hosting global technology events, foremost among them GAIN, which has attracted participation from major international technology companies.
