Dubai, United Arab Emirates – November, 2024  – In honor of UAE’s 53rd National Day, Art of Dum, the premium cloud kitchen serving traditional Indian ‘dum style’ dishes, is partaking in the cultural celebration with a unique offering on some of its finest dishes for a limited-time only. To mark the momentous occasion, from December 1st to 3rd, 2024, Art of Dum presents patrons the opportunity to savor six of their signature dishes for just AED 53, paying homage to Eid Al Etihad – 53 years of unity. The selected items features specialty biryanis and indulgent curries, crafted in the traditional Indian ‘dum’ style, available to order on their website and all major food aggregators. 

Building on this exclusive celebration, the carefully-curated menu includes the following biryani’s, all of which are carefully slow-cooked, and served in a sealed pot, ensuring that every rich flavor is locked in for an unforgettable, lavish experience. 

Chicken Tikka Biryani – tender, chargrilled chicken infused with aromatic spices and served over a bed of fragrant basmati rice, slowly cooked to lock in every rich flavor. 

Awadhi Chicken Biryani – a classic masterpiece where succulent chicken and saffron-infused rice are perfectly balanced with earthy spices, delivering a melt-in-the-mouth experience. Yakhni Dum Gosht Biryani – tender mutton simmered with rose, mace, and kewra, infusing the rice with a luxurious, aromatic essence that promises a truly indulgent feast.  

Paneer Tikka Biryani – smoky, char-grilled cubes of cottage cheese layered with fragrant basmati rice, infused with bold spices and slow-cooked in a dum-sealed pot. The result is a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that promises a mouthwatering experience in every bite.

For a truly diverse and festive experience, Art of Dum also presents an irresistible selection of classic curries for just AED 53, elevating the National Day festivities. 

Butter Chicken – featuring succulent grilled chicken enveloped in a rich, creamy tomato gravy, perfectly balanced with cashews, butter, and a subtle touch of spice. 

Chulhey Ka Dum Murgh, a hearty Punjabi-style chicken curry slow-cooked with aromatic spices and smoky undertones, delivering a bold and flavorful experience.
